ZIJBORSTELS
De functie van de zijborstels is het verwijderen
van vuil uit hoeken en langs randen en dit
losgemaakte vuil binnen het bereik van de
hoofdborstel brengen.
Afstelling zijborstels
De zijborstels moeten op de grond een spoor
achterlaten zoals in tekening 5 te zien is.
Naarmate de borstelharen versleten raken,
dient u de hoogte vanaf de vloer bij te stellen
zodat het spoor gelijk blijft.
Ga hiervoor als volgt te werk:
•
draai borgmoer 2 losser ;
•
draai knop 1 tegen de klok in totdat het
borstelspoor overeen komt met het spoor
in tek. 5 ;
•
draai borgmoer 2 weer vast ;
•
hierna controleren of de borstels goed
functioneren en een spoor achterlaten
zoals in tek. 5 te zien is.
Vervanging zijborstels
•
Draai de drie schroeven 1 los (tek. 6)
zodat de borstel loskomt van zijn steun.
•
Nadat u de nieuwe borstel gemonteerd
heeft,
de
borstelafstelling
regelen.
N.B. Wanneer de veegmachine niet gebruikt
wordt, moet de zijborstel van de vloer geheven
worden zodat de borstelharen niet vervormen.

SIDE BRUSHES
The side brushes sweep dirt from the edges of
floors and from corners, and direct it to the
centre of the sweeper where it can be picked
up by the main brush.
Adjusting the side brushes
Check that the shapes of the traces left by the
side brushes are as shown in fig.5.
As the bristles of the side brushes wear down,
adjust the height of the brushes from the floor
to maintain these traces.
Proceed as follows to adjust the side brushes:
•
Slacken off nut 2
•
Turn the handle 1 anticlockwise until the
trace left by the side brush is as shown in
fig.5.
•
Retighten the nut 2.
•
Run the brushes and check that the traces
they leave are as shown in fig. 5.
Replacing the side brushes
•
Remove the three bolts 1, fig. 6 which fix
the brush to the hub, and remove the old
brush.

Fit a new brush and adjust for height.
N.B.: when the motor-sweeper is at rest, the
side brush must always be lifted above the
ground to avoid deformations (bending of the
brush's bristles).
CEPILLOS LATERALES
La función de los cepillos laterales es la de
limpiar la suciedad de las esquinas y a lo largo
de los bordes y conducirla hacia el trayecto del
cepillo central.
Regulación de los cepillos laterales
Los cepillos laterales deben dejar en el suelo
una marca tal como indica el dibujo (Fig. 5).
Para ello se debe regular la altura desde el
suelo a medida que se desgastan las cerdas del
cepillo.
Proceder del siguiente modo:
•
Aflojar la contratuerca 2.
•
Girar el pomo 1 hacia la izquierda hasta
que la conseguir que la marca del cepillo
lateral corresponda a la que se muestra en
la Fig. 5.
•
Volver a apretar la contratuerca 2.
•
Después de esta operación, comprobar
que los cepillos funcionen correctamente
dejando una marca como la de la Fig. 5.
Sustitución
•
Destornillar los tres tornillos 1 (Fig. 6) y
separar el cepillo del soporte.
•
Después de haber montado el cepillo
nuevo, volver a efectuar las operaciones
de regulación.
NOTA: cuando la barredora está en reposo, el
cepillo lateral siempre debe estar levantado
del suelo para evitar deformaciones (para que
no se doblen las cerdas del cepillo).).
