AANZUIGVENTILATOR
De aanzuigventilator 1 dient voor het opzuigen
van het stof dat door de borstels opgeworpen
wordt.
De aanzuigventilator wordt aangedreven door
elektromotor 2 die met schakelaar 4 (tek. 3)
ingeschakeld wordt.
Elektromotor 2 drijft tevens de hoofd- en
zijborstels aan.
Sluit het aanzuigsysteem af door
hendel 1 op stand C te zetten indien
u op natte vloeren werken moet.
Wanneer u met de machine heen en
weer rijdt, kunt u met schakelaar 4
(tek. 3) de ventilator en de borstels
uitschakelen.
Attentie !
Om
veiligheidsredenen
elektromotor
voorzien
thermokoppel,
hierdoor
oververhitting voorkomen.
Indien de motor uit zichzelf stopt,
schakelt u de motor met schakelaar
4 (tek. 4) uit en laat u hem afkoelen.
Controleer
de
reden
warmlopen van de motor en verhelp
de storing (te hoge borsteldruk of
touw
e.d
dat
om
de
gewikkeld zit).
STOFFLAPS
De stofflaps zorgen ervoor dat het stof dat
door de hoofdborstel opgeworpen wordt, niet
onder de machine vandaan geblazen wordt; de
flaps moeten dus altijd in perfecte staat
gehouden worden en moeten vervangen
worden zodra ze beschadigingen of slijtage
vertonen.
Vervanging van de flaps
1. Draai de bevestigingsschroeven los.
2. Monteer de nieuwe flaps op dezelfde
plaats en let erop dat de zij- en achterflaps
3 à 4 mm van de grond verwijderd blijven.

SUCTION FAN
The suction fan 1 sucks up the dust raised by
the brushes.
The fan is powered by an electric motor 2
controlled by switch 4 (fig. 3).
Electric motor 2 also drives the main and the
side brushes.
Shut off the suction system by
moving lever 1 to position C when
working on wet floors.
When driving the motor-sweeper
from one place to another without
sweeping, switch the brush and fan
motor off at switch 4 (fig. 3).

DUST FLAPS
The dust flaps prevent the dust raised by the
brushes from blowing out from under the
motor-sweeper. They must therefore be kept in
peak condition and replaced if they become
worn or damaged.
Replacing the flaps
1. Remove the fixing bolts and remove the
worn or damaged flap.
2. Fit a new flap and secure it in position
with the same bolts. The side and rear
flaps should ride at about 3 - 4 mm above
floor level.
VENTILADOR DE ASPIRACIÓN
El ventilador de aspiración 1 es el componente
que aspira el polvo que levantan los cepillos.
El ventilador se acciona mediante un motor
eléctrico 2 accionado por un interruptor 4 (Fig.
3). El motor eléctrico 2 también acciona los
cepillos laterales y el central.
Si hay agua en el suelo que se va a
barre, deberá cerrarse la aspiración
colocando la palanca 1 en posición
C.
Durante los desplazamientos con la
barredora
se
puede
rotación de los cepillos y del
ventilador accioanando para ello el
interruptor 4 (Fig. 3).
¡ Atención
Para proteger el motor eléctrico se
ha instalado un termopar que
interrumpe
el
funcionamiento
cuando se alcanzan temperaturas
elevadas.
Si el motor se para sólo, se debe
apagar pulsando el botón 4 (Fig.4)
y dejarlo enfriar. Comprobar la
causa
que
ha
provocado
absorción anómala que ha parado
el motor y eliminarla. (p.e. : cepillos
con demasiada presión sobre el
suelo, cuerdas, alambres enrollados
en el interior del cepillo, etc.)
ALETAS DE RETENCIÓN DEL
POLVO
Las aletas sirven para retener el polvo que
remuve el cepillo central, por ello es necesario
que su funcionamiento sea siempre perfecto y
deben sustituirse en caso de rotura.
Sustitución de las aletas
1. Destornillar los tornillos de fijación y
extraer las aletas dañadas.
2. Montar las aletas nuevas en la misma
posición que las viejas, comprobando que
tanto las laterales como la posterior
queden a 3 ó 4 mm del suelo.
