Supplementary protector CB2 open. Reset CB2.
Check fuel level.
Check battery connections and tighten if necessary. Check battery, and replace if necessary.
Circuit breaker CB10 may be open. CB10 automatically resets when fault is corrected (see Section 8-11).
Have Factory Authorized Service Agent check engine wiring harness and components.
Air in fuel system. See engine manual.
Check engine wiring harness plug connections.
Have Factory Authorized Service Agent check control relay CR5 and Engine Control switch S1.
Check battery and replace if necessary. Check engine charging system according to engine manual.
Have Factory Authorized Service Agent check control relay CR5. Have engine Factory Authorized
Service Agent check fuel pump and fuel system.
Check oil level. Automatic shutdown system stops engine if oil pressure is too low or engine temperature
is too high (see Section 5-6). Automatic shutdown system is inhibited for 30 seconds after start-up.
Have Factory Authorized Service Agent check control relay CR5.
Keep battery in good condition. Store battery in warm area off cold surface.
Use fuel formulated for cold weather (diesel fuel can gel in cold weather). Contact local fuel supplier for
fuel information.
Use correct grade oil for cold weather (see maintenance label and engine manual).
Check oil level. Automatic shutdown system stops engine if oil pressure is too low or engine temperature
is too high (see Section 5-6). Automatic shutdown system is bypassed for 30 seconds after start-up.
Check fuel gauge display. Check fuel level. Unit is equipped with low fuel level shutdown to prevent fuel
tank from running dry.
Check engine display for diagnostic codes (see Section 13). If other codes appear, contact engine
manufacturer's factory authorized service agent.
Circuit breaker CB10 may be open. CB10 automatically resets when fault is corrected (see Section
8-11). Have Factory Authorized Service Agent check engine wiring harness and components.
Reset supplementary protector CB2 (see Section 8-11). Have Factory Authorized Service Agent
check engine alternator, engine harness, and the fuel pump.
Have Factory Authorized Service Agent check control relay CR5.
Check engine wiring harness and plug connections.
See engine manual.
Check fuel level.
Check engine air and fuel filters (see Sections 8-6 and 8-10).
See engine manual.
Turn Engine Control switch off when unit is not running.
Clean top of battery with baking soda and water solution; rinse with clear water.
Recharge or replace battery if necessary.
Periodically recharge battery (approximately every 3 months).
Have engine Factory Authorized Service Agent check speed control.
Have engine manufacturer's authorized service agent check electronic speed control system.
Dry engine according to run-in procedure (see Section 14).
