Cooking with the food probe
•
Insert the food probe into the dish.
•
Plug the probe into the outlet in the oven.
Make sure it is pushed all the way in. If
the brobe is inserted correctly,
be shown on the display.
To set the oven temperature:
Touch the temperature button 2.

Use joystick knob 6 (– or +) to set the
•
temperature.
You can choose between 40 °C and 260 °C. The
Temperature control has a professional 5 °C
adjustment step.
To set the probe temperature (the internal
temperature of the dish):
Touch the temperature button 2 again.

Touch the start button 5.
The activation of the oven is signalized by symbol
|>| on the display, the light in chamber switching
on.
When the oven door is opened, the cooking
process automatically pauses. After closing the
door, press the start button 5 again.
When the set internal temparature is reached, the
oven switches off and beeps, while the indicator
continues to flash.
Press any button to stop the alarm.
