Moving the Treadmill
1.
Make sure the ON/OFF switch is turned OFF and the power cord is re-
moved from the wall.
2.
Make sure nothing is on or near your treadmill which might spill, be
knocked off, or prevent the treadmill from moving.
3.
Place both hands under the support bar located under the back of the
running belt to make sure you have a solid lifting point.
4.
Lift the back of the treadmill and roll to the desired location.
CAUTION: When lifting, use proper safety precautions and lifting
techniques. Bend your knees and elbows, keep your back straight
and pull up evenly with both arms.
