Changing lubricant

Note: The drain plug is in the bottom of the pumphead.
1.
Place a tray (A) under the drain plug. The tray must be large enough to contain the lubricant,
possibly contaminated with product fluid, from the pumphead. Remove the drain plug (B).
Collect the lubricant from the pump housing in the tray.
2.
Check the sealing ring (C) is not damaged and replace it if necessary.
3.
Position the drain plug and tighten it to the specified torque.

The pump housing can be filled with lubricant via the breather (A) on the rear of the pump
housing. For this purpose remove the breather cap (B) and position a funnel (C) in the
breather. In order to facilitate the filling with lubricant the plug (D) on the front of the pump
housing can be removed. Pour the lubricant into the pump housing through the funnel.
