Calibration Procedure

■Actual Load Calibration Procedure

Perform actual load calibration by the following procedure:
Load cell connection
Warm-up
Lock release
Chapter

Host connection
Decimal place
Capacity
Minimum scale division
Balance weight
Zero calibration
Actual Load Calibration
Calibration value lock

Connect the F160 and load cell according to the section
"2.CONNECTION" on page 4.
Release the calibration value lock and the set value lock which locks
calibration.
If the CC-Link option is mounted, make and establish connection.
* Only when performing calibration operation from the host.
Register the position of Decimal point.
Register the maximum capacity of the scale.
If the registered value is exceeded by 10 scale divisions or more,
display shows over scale "OFL2".
Register the minimum scale division of the scale.
Register the value of load (balance weight) for calibration.
Calibration the initial zero point.
Place the load (balance weight) on the load cell and calibrate the span
value.
Disable changing set value related to calibration.
Moreover, if required, please perform lock the set value lock.
Attention
Once calibration is performed, the previous calibration values are lost and cannot
be restored. Be sure to turn ON the calibration value lock except when
performing calibration.
