increase from min to max. Release the trigger fully to turn
the blower off.
To lock the blower on, press the lock-on button ( 4 ) with
u
the variable speed trigger switch ( 3 ) depressed. To turn
the blower off when using the lock-on button, pull the
trigger to release the lock. Hold the blower with one hand,
as shown in Figure E, and sweep from side to side with
tube output end several inches above the hard surface.
Slowly advance, keeping the accumulated pile of debris in
front of you.
Speed Selection (Fig. F)
The 3-speed toggle switch ( 5 ) sets the maximum airflow
u
that can be achieved when trigger is fully depressed. Push
the 3-speed toggle switch ( 5 ) up to increase air flow;
push it down to decrease air flow.
Track Wall (Fig. G)

WARNING: To reduce the risk of serious personal
injury, turn unit off and remove the battery pack
before making any adjustments or removing/installing
attachments or accessories. An accidental start-up
can cause injury.

WARNING: To reduce the risk of serious personal
injury, do not use a damaged Track Wall integral hang
hook or Track Wall Trackwall. A damaged Track Wall
integral hang hook or Trackwall will not support the
weight of the tool.

WARNING: To reduce the risk of serious personal
injury, DO NOT suspend tool overhead or suspend
objects from the integral hang hook. ONLY suspend
tool on the Trackwall using the integral hang hook.

WARNING: The Track Wall integral hang hook is
intended to mount the tool onto a Trackwall rail. Do
not use the integral hang hook to mount the tool to
any other surface.

WARNING: The Track Wall integral hang hook is not
a belt hook.

WARNING: When hanging objects on a Trackwall rail,
adequately space the tools in order to not exceed 75
lb (35 kg) per linear foot.

WARNING: Before using the tool make sure that
the Track Wall integral hang hook is returned to its
original position.

To reduce the risk of serious personal injury, follow
the directions in Suspending/Mounting the Blower and
Track Wall when suspending the blower.
IMPORTANT: Track Wall accessories mount compatible tools
securely to the Track Wall Trackwall system.
Turn tool off and remove the battery pack and

remove accessories.

CAUTION: Any product with exposed cutting teeth
must have them covered securely if it is to be on the
Trackwall.
Flip or pull open the integral hang hook ( 5 ). It clicks when
u
locked into position.
Mount the integral hang hook to the Trackwall.
u
NOTE: Track Wall accessories for use with your tool are
available at extra cost from your local dealer or authorized

Maintenance

Your STANLEY FATMAX blower has been designed to operate
over a long period of time with a minimum of maintenance.
Continuous satisfactory operation depends upon proper care
and regular cleaning.

WARNING: To reduce the risk of serious personal
injury, turn blower off and disconnect battery
pack before making any adjustments or removing/
installing attachments or accessories. An
accidental start-up can cause injury.
The charger and battery pack are not serviceable.
LUBRICATION
Your blower requires no additional lubrication.
Cleaning

WARNING: Blow dirt and dust out of the main
housing with dry air as often as dirt is seen collecting
in and around the air vents. Wear approved eye
protection and approved dust mask when performing
this procedure.

WARNING: Never use solvents or other harsh
chemicals for cleaning the non-metallic parts of the
blower. These chemicals may weaken the materials
used in these parts. Use a cloth dampened only with
water and mild soap. Never let any liquid get inside
the blower; never immerse any part of the blower into
a liquid.
