Disruptions

Is the key Start reloading touched or Completed in been selected?

Is the washing machine door closed?

Is the child lock activated? Deactivate the child lock.

Is dealer mode activated? If after switching on the device for 5

seconds à • ‹ is displayed, the device is in dealer mode. Wait until
the message appears on the display à • ‹ goes out. Touch Start
Reload and hold it down for at least 5 seconds. Will appear in the
display panel ‹" " displayed. Open the program selector Û ( The
end) to adjust. The dealer mode is now switched off. The device
can now be used as usual.
The drain pipe or water drainage hose is blocked. Clean the drain

Used too much detergent?
Mix a tablespoon of fabric softener with ½ l of water and put in the measuring
container II fill in. (Not for outdoor, sportswear and textiles filled with down!)
Reduce the detergent dosage for the next wash cycle.
Use commercially available detergents that produce little foam. Use
suitable care products for the machine.
