7. Follow the instructions in the Graco Shot Foam
System manual to bleed off any air in the fluid
lines.
8. Install the fluid manifold (3) onto the nozzle head
(4). Torque the manifold screw (3b) to 40 in-lb
(4.52 N m). See Fig. 46, page 29.
Service
9. Open the fluid manifold needle valve (3a) for the
RES side first, then open the ISO side.
When opening the fluid manifold needle valves
(3a), open the RES side first, then open the ISO
side. Be sure both needle valves are fully open
before triggering the gun. This will help avoid
material cross-over. Refer to Fig. 47.
