All parameters listed here are available for both the Web browser
interface and the text interface.
The Telnet Parameters menus allow the following parameters to be defined:
• Service: Enables/disables Telnet communication with the power manager.
When this item is off, users will not be able to contact the power manager via
Telnet. (The default value is on.)
• Port Number: Selects the TCP/IP port number that will be used for Telnet
connections. (The default value is 23.)

The Web Server Parameters menus are used to configure the internal Web server;
it allows the power manager to be operated via the Web browser interface.
• Web browser interface: Click on the Setup button to access the configuration
menus, and then click on the Web Server Parameters button. The Web Server
Parameters menu will appear (Figure 4-14). Once you select the appropriate
menu options, click on Apply to save the settings or Cancel to start over.
