SURGE PROTECTOR—TELCO 3 Installation To install the Surge Protector—Telco, simply insert it in series between the incoming communication lines and the port of the equipment you wish to protect. Connect the ground wire to the equipment's metal chassis, or to the metallic screw on the bottom side of the device.
