7.6.4 GPIO

The input and output definitions are shown below.
Initialize:
(1) During initialize process, please set all of output port to high for status clear, it
mean all of outputs are active low.
(2) The active level may need to be customized.
(3) The input normal state (idle) is high level, so all of the inputs are also active low.
