Log Set Assembly: LOGS-6K, LOGS-8K, LOGS-6KX, LOGS-8KX,
Models: 6K, 6KL, 6KX, 6KX-AU, 8K, 8KL, 8KX
Leave this manual with party responsible for use
and operation.
CAUTION: Logs are fragile, handle with care.
NOTICE: To simplify the installation process, positively identify each individual log before beginning installation.
See Figure 1.A (LOGS-6K, LOGS-6KX) and Figure 1.B (LOGS-8K, LOGS-8KX), Figure 1.C (LOGS-6-BIR) and Figure
1.D (LOGS-8-BIR). The individual logs for both the traditional log set and the birch log set will place in a similar
manner. The traditional logs are featured in the figures. Key log location features are shown in Figure 2.

Log #1: Position Log #1 along the log positioning ledge
referenced in Figure 2. Slide Log #1 back until it contacts
the log stop.
8K Exception:
The 8K-NG and 8K-LP appliance models have an exception
for positive placement of Log #1. See Figure 3.B.
8KX-LP Exception:
The 8KX-LP appliance models have an exception for positive
placement of Log #1. See Figure 3.C.
