9.1 Overview

This section provides the information and processes involved for Modbus, Digitally Enhanced (DE)
and HART operation using the 3-button option.

9.2 Three Button Operation

The SMV800 optional three-button interface provides a user interface and operation capability
without opening the transmitter. Figure 20 shows the location of the three-button option and the
labels for each button.
