5.10 Call Forwarding Services

5.10.1 Introduction to Call Forwarding Services

With the call forwarding services, the XE IP PBX forwards calls to numbers (not the
called number) pre-specified by the callee when specific conditions are satisfied. The
forwarding process is invisible to the caller.
Call forwarding can be implemented in the form of the following six services:
Call forwarding offline (CFO)
Call forwarding based on the caller number (CFC)
Call forwarding based on time range (CFT)
Call forwarding unconditional (CFU)
Call forwarding on busy (CFB)
Call forwarding no reply (CFNR)
