Temperature Monitor
The Temperature Monitor; mounted (horizontally) across each
Heater Element is responsible for monitoring the temperature at the
Heater Element. Signals are and provided to the Regulator to
control the switching of power to the Heater Element.

Temperature Limiters
4.1.4.1
Temperature Limiter – KM402
The temperature limiter interrupts the power under the following
circumstances:
The fryer is not filled to the bottom marking
The fryer was switched on when it was empty (no oil)
The fryer was switched on when the element laws in the upright
position.
Resetting:
1. Switch off the appliance.
2. Determine the cause of the temperature limiter cut-out.
Rectify the condition / cause.
3. Refer to Figure 4-2; locate the Reset Button (Item 1)
located on the underside of the appliance.
4. Press the Reset Button inward.
5. Switch the appliance on and test for proper operation.
