Check for:
Dirty burner head parts. / Parts not seated correctly.
Dirty Ignition Electrode. / Faulty Ignition Electrode
Appliance is damp (spark current grounding within the unit)
Faulty Transformer.
Faulty Ignition Switch.
Incorrect Jets for type of gas supply.
Mis-Adjusted Air Intake.
Dirty burner head parts.
Incorrect Simmer Adjustment Jets
Dirty burner head parts. / Parts not seated correctly.
Mis-Adjusted Air Intake.
Gas pressure not in specification.
Faulty Gas Regulator.
Dirty burner head parts.
Contaminated Gas Supply.

Carefully inspect all holes in burner ring for contamination
