    KM400 Series Combi-Sets Technical Information 4.1.3 Temperature Monitor The Temperature Monitor; mounted (horizontally) across each Heater Element is responsible for monitoring the temperature at the Heater Element.     KM400 Series Combi-Sets Technical Information 4.3.5 Gas Regulator (Burner) The Gas Regulator is user adjustable via the Control Knob and meters the amount of gas supplied to the burner. The Gas Regulator is equipped with a connection port for the Thermocouple tube.

    KM400 Series Combi-Sets Technical Information 4.3.6 Thermocouple A Thermocouple is used on all burners on the KM404 and KM406 Combi-Sets. Refer to Figure 4-12. The tip of the Thermocouple is located to the side the burner ring. and is heated when the burner is producing a flame. The heated tip is connected to the capillary tube and the Gas Regulator on the other end.
