Description of Function

4.1 Components – Electric Combi-Sets
Components listed may not be present on all model Combi-sets.
Refer to the model specific overviews in Section 1 – Construction
and Design for model specific details and component locations.
4.1.1

Operational Thermostat

The Operational Thermostat on the KM402 (Deep Fryer) controls
the power switching to the Heater Element. The switching point for
the element is user adjustable via the control knob.
4.1.2 Regulator – Electric
On electric burner Combi-Sets user adjustable Regulator are used
to control the power switching to the Heater Element. The switching
points for the elements are user adjustable via the control knobs.
Switching extended cooking area on and off - KM400
Refer to figure 4-1. Turn the control knob clockwise (direction 1)
past "12" to the
counterclockwise (direction 2) to the desired setting.
