Humidity Measurements

The MultiPaq21 data logger makes it possible to complement temperature
measurement data with in-process humidity measurements. This is ideal for
baking applications such as proving/proofing, and will also be of interest in
general food processing where the humidity measurements can be used to
validate oven control and to optimize yields and product quality.
Humidity measurement is done with a capacitive humidity sensor, which reads
relative humidity (%RH) and temperature, and provides the means to measure
moisture levels in processes up to 200°C/390°F.
