2.4 Memory Support and Installation
Note: Check the Supermicro website for recommended memory modules.
Important: Exercise extreme care when installing or removing DIMM modules to pre-
vent any possible damage.
Memory Support
The X13SAZ-F supports up to 128GB of DDR5 ECC/Non-ECC/ECC UDIMM memory with
speeds of up to 4000MHz in four memory slots. The X13SAZ-Q supports up to 128GB of
DDR5 Non-ECC UDIMM memory with speeds of up to 4000MHz in four memory slots. Refer
to the table below for the recommended DIMM population order and additional memory
information.
