3.6 – Tolerance limits
User may set up to 3 process limits in the M20-EPS, defined as upper limit, middle
limit and lower limit.
The tolerance limits are displayed as fixed points in the bargraph and they define
color zones for measurement approval/reproval.
Tolerance limits are very useful while continuously inspecting parts because they
allow quick quality control based only on colors, without the need to read and evaluate
number. Color changes of each region are effective warning lights.
To adjust tolerance limits access menu:

It is possible to define and use up to 3 tolerance limits (from disabled, 1, 2 up to 3)
and the actual threshold value for each limit.
Optionally the parameter Classes/limits display, available on menu
parameters

limits display points on the bargraph, without affecting their normal operation.
As and additional feature, the Segmented display of classes/limits enables block
highlight, making the entire segment between limits to be lighted. This option can be
enabled accessing menu
