6. ENCLOSURE PREPARATION 6.1 FOAM RUBBER INSTALLATION Open the foam insulation tape and follow the instructions in it. 6.4 INSTALLING THE SIDE PLUGS Install the 4 spacers (v) into the openings on each side of the dishwasher as shown. 6.5 INSTALLING THE SIDE TRIM NOTE Side trim may or may not have notches already cut. If there are no notches, you will need to measure and cut notches as shown in diagram below to match side plug locations before installing.
7 CONNECTING THE WATER LINE 7.1 PREPARING THE WATER CONNECTION (A) Install an easily accessible shut-off valve (not supplied) in the water supply line. All solder connections must be made before the water line is connected to the dishwasher’s water inlet valve.
7.3 ADJUSTING HEIGHT If the height of the enclosure is 33 7/8” to 35 7/8” (861 mm - 911mm) adjust feet as shown. Adjust the front foot level by hand to balance and raise the dishwasher to the enclosure height. Adjust the rear foot level with a screwdriver to balance and raise the dishwasher to the enclosure height.
8.1 INSTALLING THE CUSTOM DOOR Open the remaining adhesive on the top surface of the tape as shown. (Step 1) Place the wheels you attached to the custom panel in the previous step on the product door as shown (Step 2). Position the custom panel by sliding the wheels down (Step 3).
9 SECURING TO THE CABINETRY 9.1 READJUSTING FOOT LEVELS Now that the dishwasher is in the cabinet you must readjust the feet to bring the dishwasher up to the required height and attach it underneath the countertop. 1. Readjust the front foot levels with adjusting wrench to balance the dishwasher and raise it up under the countertop, make sure the unit is level.
9.3 SECURING THE DISHWASHER TO THE COUNTER If unable to secure dishwasher using the mounting brackets as shown due to cabinet or countertop design, an alternative method is to secure the dishwasher using 4 screws thru the side into the cabinet.
10 DRAIN HOSE CONNECTION, WATER SUPPLY & ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS 10.1 DRAIN HOSE CONNECTION Connect the drain hose to the drain plumbing. 1. Use the supplied rubber connection hose and drain hose clamps to connect the dishwasher drain hose to the plumbing drain connection. 2.
10.3 DRAIN INSTALLATIONS UNDER THE SINK DRAIN Install a Y-branch tail pipe. (Figure A) NOTICE : You must add a loop at least 28” (710mm) above the floor of the cabinet and above the drain connection in the drain hose to prevent waste water from not draining properly, and causing either poor washing results or a bad odor.

11 FINAL INSTALLATION 11.1 INSTALLING THE TOE KICK INSULATION AND TOE KICK Now that you have successfully installed the dishwasher, you need to attach the toe kick to the dishwasher. The two piece toe kick can be adjusted to the height and depth needed for your kitchen.

4. Apply gray cotton insulation to the metal panel below the door,ensuring the toe kick brackets come through the cutouts, and the felt touches the floor. 5. Remove the backing from the adhesive strip on the insulation that is already attached to the bottom of the dishwasher door.
11.2 ADJUSTING THE KICK PLATE • Check whether the bottom of the door (A) hits the kitchen cabinet base (B) . • If the door hits the cabinet base cut the necessary section out of the base (B). • Apply silicone or sealant to the cut edge of the kitchen cabinet base or paint so it does not absorb moisture.
