Remote IPE installation

The Remote IPE column is normally assembled in the factory with cards
already installed.
If the Remote IPE column is not assembled in the factory, follow the
instructions in Communication Server 1000M and Meridian 1 Large System
Installation and Commissioning (NN43011-310). It describes how to install
