 Secure S4 to the S3 by using S7, S10 and S11 as shown in Diagram B.

Insert S1 through the hole on A5 and secure with S7 and S12 as shown in
Diagram B.

IMPORTANT: The METAL 'washer' (S10) is needed
NOTE:
1. Do not over-tighten the nuts and bolts at every step.
2. Do not snap in the cover of plastic cap until you have finished the assembly of
each step and went back to tighten all of the nuts and bolts.
