Please read this entire instruction and assembly manual completely before proceeding. You must follow all
safety instructions while using this equipment. The surface area where this swing set is set up must be level and free of
all debris. This set is designed to be anchored into the ground and is not to be set up on any hard surfaces such as
concrete, hardened soil or asphalt. Proper surfacing under and surrounding the set adds to the safety level such as
sand or mulch. Read all cautionary statements on the following pages before using this equipment and save this
instruction manual. DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN TO PLAY ON THIS GYM SET UNSUPERVISED! CONSTANT
ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED. Do not use when raining or during any inclement weather (i.e. rain, sleet, snow,
ice, high winds, thunderstorms or lightening). DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN TO JUMP ON OR CLIMB UP ON THIS
SET'S TOP BAR.

gym is designed to be used safely by up to seven (7) children, ages 3 years to 8 years, with weight capacity of 100 lbs per child or total
combined weight limit of 700 lbs for all seven (7) children. This play gym is designed for backyard use only and is NOT intended for
playgrounds, schools, day care facilities, nurseries or other public places. Follow all assembly instructions carefully and as directed in
this manual. This gym conforms to all safety requirements by ASTM for Home Playground equipment when properly assembled using the
instructions enclosed. Adult assembly is required. Contains small parts. For proper stability and safety this gym set should be installed
with ground anchors.

    IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS WARNING READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE ASSEMBLING OR USING THIS EQUIPMENT. AGE & WEIGHT LIMIT  This product is designed to be used by up to seven (7) children between the ages of 3 to 8. Maximum user weight is 100 pounds (45 kg) each with a combined maximum weight of 700 pounds (318 kg).

  • Page 16 STEP 1 – Assemble the top bar frame of the swing set  Connect A1, A2, A3 and A4 and secure with B1, B5, B4 and B3 as shown below. Note: All round holes on the TOP BAR should be facing up and concave holes facing down.
  • Page 17 STEP 2 – Assemble the support legs of swing set  Connect A1 to A5 and secure using B1, B5, B4 and B3 as shown below.  Repeat this step for the other side of the swing set (A4).  Connect A1 and A4 to A5 and A6. NOTE: Do not over-tighten the nuts and bolts at every step.
  • Page 18 STEP 3 – Attach the crossbar to the support legs  Attach A7 to the outer side of A5 & A6 and secure using B2, B6, B4 and B3.  Repeat this step for the other side of the swing set (A4). NOTE: Do not over-tighten the nuts and bolts at every step.

  • Page 23 STEP 7 - Climbing net assembly IMPORTANT: ADULT ASSEMBLY is REQUIRED/NEEDED.  Insert C12 (short one) into the holes on A10 as shown in Diagram A and Diagram C. Insert C11 (long one) into the holes on A12 and A15 as shown in Diagram B. Please follow the arrow to insert C11 and C12 into the holes.
  • Page 24 STEP 8 - Climbing net assembly (continued) IMPORTANT: ADULT ASSEMBLY is REQUIRED/NEEDED. The climbing net should look like below diagram after completion of this STEP 8. Important! It is critical to note the Vertical Hole and Horizontal Hole of C3 when you assemble the following steps.
  • Page 25 Now, you are ready to assemble.  Thread one end of the rope C1 through the bottom hole on the A10 of the BOTTOM part of the set. Thread the rope C1 into Vertical hole of the C3. Total of 5 pcs of C3 is needed for now.
  • Page 26  Thread the other end of rope C1 through the bottom hole on the A10 of the TOP part of the set.  Thread the rope C1 into the Vertical Hole of one C3 and out through the Horizontal hole as TIGHT as possible to create tension. Then and secure C1 and this C3 ONLY with C4 at this moment.
  • Page 27 STEP 9 - Climbing net assembly (continued) IMPORTANT: ADULT ASSEMBLY is REQUIRED/NEEDED. The climbing net should look like below diagram after completion of this STEP 9. STEP 9 STEP 8  Thread one end of the rope C1-1 through the top LEFT hole on the A12. Then bring up the first C3 in this Left Vertical rope C1 and thread the rope through the Horizontal Hole of the C3 and the first C3 of the Right Vertical rope C1 and come out through the top RIGHT hole on the Right A12.
  • Page 28  Now, go back to secure C3 with the starting end of the rope C1-1 with C4. Remember to thread the rope C1-1 into the Vertical Hole of the C3 and out through the Horizontal hole before securing C1-1 and C3 with C4. See Diagram B for illustration.
  • Page 29  Now, thread one end of the rope C1-2 through hole 10 from right to left. Then thread through C3 and A15 until hole 17.  Now, pull the rope as TIGHT as possible from both ends and secure the rope with C3 and C4 as illustrated in Diagram C.

    STEP 10 - Glide ride assembly  Attach L4 and L3 to A4 using N3R, L5 and N7 as shown. Use special socket wrench and screw driver to tighten N3R and N7. STEP 11 – Glide ride assembly (continued)  Insert L2-N (straight end) into L1-N and secure with N13-1, N14, N6 and N15 on both sides as shown below.

  • Page 34 STEP 15 - Belt swing seat assembly (w. "Adjustable Height" Feature)  Insert J2 through A3 and A4 and secure with J8 and J6 as shown in Diagram A.  If you wish to shorten the rope length, follow Diagram B. Please make sure the lever on J3 is lift up before adjusting and put down after adjusting.
  • Page 35 STEP 16 – Super Disc swing assembly  Separation of foam tube R3-1 from R3-N  Insert the foam tube R3-1 into R4-N first, then insert R3-N into R3-1 in R4-N.  Slide the smaller ends of R3-N tubes into the pockets of Super Disc swing fabric (R4-N).
  • Page 36 STEP 17 – Attach Super Disc swing to the swing set frame  Assemble R1 to the Super Disc swing by inserting R2 and securing with F2-N and F1-N as shown in Diagram A.  Connect Super Disc swing to the top bar by inserting R2-1through A1 and A2, securing with F3-N and F1-N as shown in Diagram B.

Please make sure to thoroughly check all parts and hardware to make sure all bolts and nuts are well secured before using the playground equipment. WARNING - Do not let children use the playground equipment until it is properly assembled and anchored.
