This device complies with the terms of
paragraph 15 of the U.S. Federal Communi-
cations Commission (FCC) regulations.
Operation of this device is subject to the
following conditions: (1) The device must not
cause harmful interference, and (2) the device
must be able to withstand harmful inter-
ference, including interference that may cause
undesired operation.
This device has been tested and found to
comply with the limits for a Class B digital
device, pursuant to the specifications in
paragraph 15 of the FCC Rules. These specifi-
cations define adequate protection against this
type of interference in enclosed rooms. This
device can generate, use and radiate RF
energy. Therefore, if not installed and used
properly, it may cause harmful interference to
radio communications. However, there is no
specific guarantee that interference may not
occur in certain cases. If this device does cause
harmful interference to radio or television
reception, which can be determined by turning
the device off and on, the user is encouraged

explicitly approved by BERNINA may invalidate
the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and
result in the withdrawal of the operating
license for this device.
