The camera handpiece is not heat tolerant. Placing the camera in a steam
autoclave, dry heat sterilizer, chemiclave or similar device is expressly
prohibited.
CAUTION
Do not autoclave the camera handpiece and monocoil cable. Autoclaving this
component will cause irreparable damage.
Wipe down the handpiece and monocoil cable after each use. Commonly
available surface disinfectants/cleaners suitable for use in health care
facilities are recommended. Always follow the instructions for use provided by
the manufacturer including those related to rinsing.
