Answers
The maximum Back-up Load power is 110% of the
rated power of the inverter
The maximum generation power is PAC
The battery remains in standby mode and is only
charged if charge mode is enabled. The loads are
supplied in parallel to the battery charge from
the grid.
The hybrid's clock may be incorrect and it may think
it does not have any profiles enabled within the set
time range. The best is for the charge and discharge
profiles to cover 24 hours.
First of all, you can only use the back-up load.
The charge profiles stop supplying the back-up load
with solar panel surpluses, but they do continue to
charge the battery. The Standby profile stops working,
as this mode behaves like any inverter without
batteries that does not generate power when the grid
is lost. The discharge profile continues to operate and
supplies the back-up loads.
Answers
The maximum charge and discharge power
of the battery is defined by the maximum
PAC of the inverter and the number of
battery modules available. The maximum
power of the batteries is defined by the
total voltage and its maximum discharge
current (see Tab. 12)
The battery enters a state where it is only
charged at 0.8 kW of power until it reaches
the min. SOC; in this state the Back-up Load
cannot be supplied.
The CT transformer may be wired
incorrectly. The correct orientation is
Load -> Grid.
To connect to the WiFi, you need to have
2.4 GHz WiFi and a lower-case SSID.
When the battery charge status LEDs on
the display are off, it is because the battery
type is not configured correctly, so the
equipment does not recognise it.
1. Activate the DC switch.
2. Activate the battery's circuit breaker.
3. Press the battery button for 5 seconds
4. Activate the AC switch.

tolerances of the measuring equipment,
about 100 W can be injected per phase.
