Solution
Check the guide for more information
about common faults and
troubleshooting
Check if the WiFi module is connected
properly to the inverter. Remove and
insert the Smart Dongle; Restart the
inverter
Remove and insert the Smart Dongle;
configure the WiFi module, move the
router closer to the inverter. Register
the user account in the application
1. Remove and insert the WiFi module
2. Reload WIFI3. Configure the WiFi
module again
Check that the router has an Internet
connection. Check that the firewall is
not blocking port 5743
Communication is normal.
