LED CODES

The 3 LEDs to the left of the
chart will help you understand what the LEDs are signaling.

Green LED Codes

Code Meaning
Solid green Coin changer is on and working properly
1 flash Coin accepted
2 flashes Coin rejected
3 flashes Valid coin rejected, inhibited by machine
Slow flashing Coin changer is in Setup or Service menu
Fast flashing
USB port in use; audit or firmware is processing

Amber LED Codes

Code Meaning
Solid amber Coin changer is inhibited by the VMC
1 flash Coin return pressed
2 flashes Validator error
3 flashes
Cassette error
4 flashes Dispenser error

Red LED Codes

Code
Red, green, and amber cycle 5 times
Alternating red and green

Meaning
Boot-up sequence. Wait to interact with the coin changer until the cycle completes, and
the green light is steady.
Coin changer is not functioning properly. Remove and return to a service center.
