Adding dishes

CAUTION
Risk of scalding!
Hot steam emitted when opening the
appliance door can cause scalding.
■ Maintain a suffi cient distance from
the appliance door, and do not hold
your head or upper body directly
above the open appliance door.
■ Keep children and pets away from
the appliance when opening the ap-
pliance door.
■ Make sure that children do not open
the appliance door during operation.
You can add more dishes even if the dish-
washing programme is already running.
In this case, the current dishwashing pro-
gramme should only have been running for
a short time, as only then can the additional
dishes be cleaned.
1. To interrupt the wash programme, press
the Start/Pause button (12)
The programme display (3) now lights up
constantly.
2. Open the appliance door slightly, and
wait until both spraying arms have come
to a standstill.
3. Slowly open the appliance door com-
pletely and add the dishes.
4. Close the appliance door.
5. Press the start/pause button again (12)
The dishwasher programme will continue
within 10 seconds. The programme dis-
play (3) flashes.
An acoustic signal sounds every minute
during the interruption of the wash pro-
gramme.

You can interrupt an active dishwashing pro-
gramme at any point and start a new one. It
is important to find out how long the current
wash programme has been running. If the
wash programme has been running for a long
time, check the dishwasher detergent/multi-
. tabs dispenser (20) and top up if necessary.
1. Interrupt the wash programme by press-
ing the Start/Pause button (12)
programme display (3) lights up contin-
uously.
2. Press and hold the programme se-
lection button (4) for 3 seconds. The
programme displays (3) light up in se-
quence.

You can now make a programme selec-
tion.
3. Press the
programme selection button (4) as often
as required until the wash programme
you want lights up.

4. Press the Start/Pause button (12)
The newly selected dishwashing pro-
gramme will start.
