Adding dishes

CAUTION
Risk of scalding!
Hot steam emitted when opening the
appliance door can cause scalding.
■ Maintain a sufficient distance from
the door and do not hold your head
or upper body directly above the
open door.
■ Keep children and pets away from the
appliance when opening the door.
■ Make sure that children do not open
the door during operation.
You can add more dishes even if the pro-
gramme is already running.
The current programme should only have
been running for a short time, otherwise the
additional dishes will not be cleaned.
1. Touch the sensor (9) to pause the
wash programme.
The two dots in the remaining time dis-
play (14) are permanently illuminated.
2. Open the dishwasher door slightly and
wait until the spraying arms (32)/(33) have
come to a standstill.
3. Slowly open the door all the way.
4. Add the dishes.
5. Close the door.
6. Touch the sensor (9) again to restart
the programme.
A signal tone will sound at regular inter-
vals while the programme run is paused.

Changing the programme

■ Make sure that children do not open
the door during operation.
You can interrupt an active programme at any
point and start a new programme. However,
do not forget to add extra dishwasher deter-
gent if the programme has already been run-
ning for a long period and the cover of the
dishwasher detergent dispenser (37) is al-
ready open.
1. Touch the sensor (9) to pause the
wash programme.
The two dots in the remaining time dis-
play (14) are permanently illuminated.
2. Touch the P sensor (2) for 3 seconds.
The programme ends. The display (5)
shows -:--.
3. Select the new programme and any addi-
tional options as described on the follow-
ing pages.
4. Touch the sensor (9).
The newly selected programme starts after
10 seconds.
