Installation with Standard arm: AR1
1. The Standard arm (AR1) is designed for a square or round pole 4" or
5". For round pole use pliers to remove break away tabs (top and
bottom). For new installation refer to diagram 1 for drilling pattern.
Note: The standard arm can be mounted on up to 4-7/8'' hole
pattern as shown on Diagram 2.
2. Install the arm using the (2x) 3/8-16 x 3'' bolt, split washer, fla
washer and 3/8''-16 nut. Torque: 20 ft-lbs
Warning: Hardware must be installed in the order
exactly as shown to avoid unsafe condition.
Refer to picture number 2.
3. Retrofit installation.
It is recommended to use the bolster plate kit OPF-RMB when
it's not a new installation or if the mounting holes are larger than
.41" (10mm). Torque:
