The list only describes errors and faults that may occur when connecting and operating
the bus operator unit.. See the descriptions of the related devices for information on
other error codes.

Troubleshooting

acknowledged.
Cause / Solution
The device address of the bus operator
unit (area.line.address) and/or of other
bus devices does not match the current
bus topology.
Check and correct device addresses as
needed.
The version of the device description of
the bus operator unit and the software
version of the target device do not
match.
• Determine which versions of internal
memory and target device are
compatible.
• Exchange bus operator unit or target
device.
No communication with target device.
• Is the device operating?
• Is the device connected to the KNX
bus?
• Was the device address changed?

configuration is useless (device does not
