Configuring Mac Mini Network

By default, the IP address of the Mx computer is 192.168.1.170. You need to change the
IP address of the Ethernet port connected to the Mx computer so the Mac computer can
communicate with it.
Note: If you are moving from a system without the Mx computer, you need to
switch off the virtual machine:
• Open VMware Fusion, then click Virtual Machine > Shut Down in the
toolbar.
• Cancel the automatic opening of VMware Fusion: Apple Menu
System Preferences > Users & Groups > Login Items and remove
VMware from the list.
1. macOS Ventura or later: From the top left corner of the screen, click Apple Menu
> System Settings, then click Network in the sidebar.
2. macOS Big Sur or earlier: From the top left corner of the screen, click Apple
Menu > System Preferences > Network.
