Creating Computer Backups with Time Machine

You can create backups of the Mac computers using Time Machine.
Once the computer is configured, you can use Time Machine Apple built-in application,
to create backups of the Mac computers.
When you have a backup, you can transfer it to a new computer. The new computer
will have the exact same configuration as the first computer. This will reduce the
configuring time of new computers and keep consistency among the systems.
Backups are saved on an external hard disk. Creating a backup takes about 10 minutes
and transferring it to a new computer takes about 30 minutes (when using the
recommended hard drive).
