interfaces with the compatible boards. The information is presented in the
following sections.

Overview

The ADSP-BF53x EZ-Extender 1 is a separately sold assembly that plugs
onto the expansion interface of the ADSP-BF53x EZ-KIT Lite evaluation
system. The extender aids the design and prototyping phases of
ADSP-BF53x processor targeted applications.
The board extends the capabilities of the evaluation system by providing a
connection between the Parallel Peripheral Interface (PPI) of the
ADSP-BF53x EZ-KIT Lite board, an Analog Devices High-Speed Con-
verter (HSC) evaluation board, an OmniVision camera evaluation board,
and an LCD display device. Moreover, the extender broadens the range of
the EZ-KIT Lite applications by providing surface mounted (SMT) foot-
prints for breadboard capabilities and access to all of the pins on the
EZ-KIT Lite's expansion interface.
