waiting time during which motions will be ignored.

the listening time during which motion will be taken into account in order to
establish the appropriate detection state.
Blind Time [0...255][s]: ]: sets the minimum period of time the channel will
remain under the "No Detection" state, even if motion detections are taking
place in the room, which will be ignored.

In this tab it is possible to customise the sending for Detection and No detection states,
as well as, their periodicity and delay.
