Maintenance Schedule

IMPORTANT! For more information, see the engine, axle,
and brake manufacturer manuals.
Complete maintenance tasks at the specified time or hour
interval, whichever comes first.
Task
Check the hydraulic hoses and
fittings.
Check the hydraulic fluid level.
Check the engine oil level and
quality.
Check the engine fuel level.
Clean around the muffler and
controls.
Clean the engine air-intake grille.
Check that all fasteners and the
wheel lug nuts are tightened to the
specified torque.
Clean the 10 hp engine air filter.
Grease the machine.
Check the hydraulic fluid quality.
Change the 10 hp engine oil.
Service the 10 hp engine exhaust
system.
Repack the axle bearings
Check the tire pressure.
Change the hydraulic fluid and filter.
Clean the machine. Remove debris
and entangled material.
Service the 6.5 hp engine exhaust
system.
Clean the 6.5 hp engine air filter.
Change the 6.5 hp engine oil.
Replace the engine spark plug.
Service the engine cooling system.
Service the engine fuel system.

2 In dusty conditions or when airborne debris is present, clean more often.
