This form must be completed by the dealer at the time of delivery, and then signed by the dealer and customer.
I have received the product manuals and been thoroughly
instructed about the care, adjustments, safe operation, and
applicable warranty policy.

Dealer Inspection Checklist
All stabilizers function correctly.
Grapple and boom function correctly.
Adjustable tandem axle functions correctly.
All fasteners are tightened to the correct torque.
All grease points are lubricated.
Engine starts and runs, and fluid levels are correct.
Hydraulic system and cylinders function correctly.
Hydraulic controls move freely.
Hydraulic fluid reservoir level is correct.
Hydraulic connections are tight, and hoses and fittings are
in good condition.
There are no hydraulic leaks.
Hydraulic hoses are routed to avoid chafing.
Tire pressure is correct (see the tire sidewall).
Tires are in good condition.
Purchased accessories are included, if applicable.
Operator's Manual is in the storage tube.
I have thoroughly instructed the customer about the equipment
care, adjustments, safe operation, applicable warranty policy,
and reviewed the manuals with them.
