Using Repertory Dial
You can store the function "Repertory dial" to the second level of a function
key, see
The "Repertory dial" function is similar to selected dialing. However, it can also
incorporate dialing control functions at any point within the repertory dialing se-
quence. The OpenScape Voice automatically detects whether the digits repre-
sent a number or a URL.

Prerequisite: The "Repertory dial" function key is configured with a correspond-
ing phone number and corresponding dialing control characters, see

In order to assign "Repertory dial" to the second level, the "Shift" function key
must also be configured, see

Press the Shift key.
Press the "Repertory dial" function key. The stored phone number is dialed with
corresponding dialing control characters.
Callback
If the other party is busy, you can place a request for callback. Callback is a
OpenScape Voice function and has to be programmed by service personnel.
