Due to unusual configurations or the stacking of tires the
inflation process may be difficult.
To assist with this problem the EHP Tire Changer machine
are equipped with bead seater jets integrated into the table
top.

4.3.1 To utilize the bead seater

Proceed as follows:
WARNING!
WHEN OPERATING THE BEAD SEATER WEAR SAFETY
ATTIRE TO AVOID INJURY TO BODY OR EYES.
A. If possible lock the wheel from inside. Outside locking
reduces efficiency of the bead seater.
B. Connect the inflation hose to the valve stem (Fig. 25).
Place the Nozzle against the rim edge (Fig. 25).

DANGER!
NEVER STAND OVER TIRE WHEN ATTEMPTING TO SEAT
BEADS OR DURING INFLATION.

Press the inflation pedal (3 Fig. 13a) and the button (5) on

the Nozzle. The injectors (6) eject a large volume of air and
the tyre beads properly seal the rim flanges allowing the
subsequent inflation.
Air simultaneously comes out of inflator hose (4)

E. Install valve core, if removed.
