Opening a File

To open a saved file:
1. Press FN + FILE.
2. Choose Open.
3. Select the location of the file (Internal or External).
A list of previously saved folders and files displays.
4. If the file is stored in a folder, navigate to the folder and press ENTER to open it.
5. Using the navigation keys, highlight the file to open and press ENTER.
Only one file can be displayed on the screen at a time. When opening a saved file, if the editing screen
contains other data, you are prompted to save the data before the screen is cleared. If you decide to
save the displayed data, the Save function is invoked and you are allowed to give the data a file name
before the requested file to open is displayed in the editor.
When opening a file, if the stored data does not fit on the installed label supply, an error message
displays. You must use a label supply that can accommodate the data in the file being opened.

Deleting a File

The editor does not have to be cleared before deleting a file. A file can be deleted with other data still
on the screen.
To delete a previously saved file:
1. Press FN + FILE.
2. Choose Delete.
3. Select the type of file you want to delete: Label, List, or Graphics.
4. Select the location of the file (Internal or External).
A list of previously saved folders and files displays.
5. Select the folder containing the file to delete (if applicable).
6. Using the navigation keys, highlight the file to delete.
A delete confirmation message displays.
7. Select Yes to accept the deletion.
IMPORTANT!
Note: Folders are deleted the same way as files, only the folders must be empty in order to delete.
