3.3.2 Opening the casing

To open the casing:
1 Undo the screws
2 Remove the front panel
3 Disconnect the display panel cable
Disconnect the power supply and turn off the gas
valve before carrying out any operation inside
the unit.

3.4 FAULTS

The water heater has an advanced self-diagnosis system. In case of a fault in the unit, the display will flash together with the fault symbol indicating the
relevant code. At the same time, an acoustic signal sounds. If a fault occurs, all the gas valves are turned off immediately. The fan keeps running for 30
seconds until stopping. With fault E2, the fan will continue to run until the flame signal disappears, after which it will stop
after 30 seconds.
To restore operation of the unit after an error, just turn off the hot water tap, or touch the Standby button to put the water heater in STANDBY mode.
In case of fault E2, to reset the water heater the user must disconnect and reconnect it. If the fault persists after these reset
steps, troubleshooting is required.

codes are displayed. Touch the Standby button to exit the faults history.
Touch the "
" button to go from "HI" to reset "rE" faults; starting from this option, keep the ECO button pressed for 5 seconds to delete the history
