ERROR DIAGNOSTICS

Errors, resp. information are shown through the
battery gauge, the display of the maximum fi-
nal speed and the display of adjustment func-
tions.
Error illustration through the bat-
tery gauge
In case of an Error the electric wheelchair is put
out of order for safety reasons and the light seg-
ments of the battery gauge (5 on page 39)
blink rapidly. The number of blinking segments
indicates the possible fault source.
Fault
1 blink impulse
2 blink impulses
3 blink impulses
4 blink impulses
5 blink impulses
6 blink impulses

Cause
The battery is discharged.
The electrical connection to the
left motor is open-circuit.
The electrical connection to the
left motor is defective (short-cir-
cuit).
The electrical connection to the
right motor is open-circuit.
The electrical connection to the
right motor is defective (short-cir-
cuit).
The drive disable function is active.
The drive disable function is an
electronic security function that
prevents the wheelchair from be-
ing driven when a battery charger
is connected.
For fault correction on principle proceed as fol-
lows:
1.
Switch off the operating module.
2. Conduct the actions in column Remedy.
3.
Switch the operating module on.

☞ If the malfunction cannot be repaired and
the electric wheelchair no longer operat-
ed, contact an authorised specialist work-
shop.
Remedy
Immediately charge the batteries
and if necessary check the bat-
tery contacts.
Check the motor connection ca-
ble, motor cable plug and motor.
Check the motor connection ca-

Remove the charger from the
battery charging socket.
