Battery Charging Status

While the battery is charging, the LEDs are always illuminated. The LEDs will
power off after charging has completed. The charger will power off after a short
length of time due to regulations.
BATTERY
<25% (blinking LED)
25% ≤ 50% (blinking or steady LED)
50% ≤ 75% (blinking or steady LED)
75% ≤ 100% (blinking or steady LED)
100% (steady LED)
