Defining a confirmation e-mail

1 Click Define Confirmation E-mail in the Console.

The Volume Level Attributes window opens, as shown in following
figure.
Description
Select a volume level for playing a prompt
(announcement) to the conferee. The default is 0.
Select a level for the speech volume of the conferee
while recording, name and custom greeting. The
default is 0.
Select the initial "talk" level of a conferee in a
conference. The default is 0.
Select the initial "hear" level of a conferee in a
conference. The default is 0.
