3.1.3. DIO
iKAN series devices have two DI and two DO channels, the DI channels can be used to connect
physical buttons or signals from devices in the field, as well as the DO channels can be used to
connect sound and light alarm devices. If an emergency event occurs, the host in the control
center can turn on alarm devices or read the status of button/switch connected to the iKAN device.
